TECTIA CORPORATION EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 28.9.2012

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Tectia Corporation held on September 28th
2012 decided to change the company name into SSH Communications Security Oyj in
Finnish and SSH Communications Security Corporation in English. 

After the amendment, 1§ of the Articles of Association is fully restated as
follows: 

“1 § Company name and domicile
The name of the company is SSH Communications Security Oyj in Finnish and SSH
Communications Security Corporation in English. The Company's domicile is
Helsinki, Finland.” 

This name change will become effective after the amendment notification is
registered to Trade Register held by the National Board of Patents and
Registration of Finland.
