Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning securities' placement

On 31 August this year AB Bank SNORAS successfully placed EUR 21 million of
Perpetual Tier II Subordinated Notes as Private Placement. Upon receiving the
permission from the Bank of Lithuania Notes will be included into Tier II bank
capital.
