Agreement Signed With Electricity Transmission System Operator

LIETUVOS ENERGIJA AB - the owner of electricity transmission system - and its
daughter company LITGRID UAB, applying for electricity transmission license,
signed a contract under which the company LITGRID UAB for temporary control and
use takes over the high-voltage electricity transmission grid, owned by the
LIETUVOS ENERGIJA AB, and other electric equipment, functioning at mutually
adjusted mode as well as interrelated equipment designated to transmit
electricity. The contract also defines conditions according to which the
LIETUVOS ENERGIJA AB will provide transmission system maintenance and operation
services to LITGRID UAB related to the assets transferrable for temporary
control and use.
