  Šiauliai Regional Court did not satisfy a separate complaint of Association
of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys regarding the Court order of the District
Court of Telšiai Region of 14 October 2016 within the civil case according to
the plaint of the Association of Investors and Vytautas Plunksnys, Plaintiffs,
against Žemaitijos pienas, AB, by which the request to order the provisional
measures against Žemaitijos pienas, AB was rejected.
