RUUKKI GROUP'S HEAD OFFICE MOVES TO HELSINKI

Ruukki Group Plc's (“Ruukki” or the “Company”) (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) new head
office address is Kasarmikatu 36, 00130 Helsinki, Finland. Previously the
Company's head office was located in Keilasatama, Espoo. Ruukki is expected to
move to its new premises on 21 April 2011. The telephone and fax numbers remain
unchanged.
