In reference to the press coverage in Viðskiptablaðið this morning, HFF would
like to clarify the following issues: 



  -- From the press coverage one could infer that HFF is currently working on
     changing the terms of outstanding HFF bonds. Such changes are not possible
     and will notbe made without the bondholders cooperation. HFF is not
     preparing such changes.
  -- Going forward, HFF is planning new bond issuance based on callable bonds.
