Pohjola's and OP-Pohjola Group's Annual Reports for 2010 Now Available

Pohjola Bank plc has published its electronic Annual Report 2010 at
pohjola.fi/annualreport2010, which comprises an Annual Review as well as the
Report by the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements. Pohjola has also
published its Corporate Governance Statement in Finnish which will also be
available in Swedish and English in due course. OP-Pohjola Group has published
its electronic Annual Report 2010 at op.fi/OP-Pohjolaannualreport2010, which
comprises an Annual Review as well as the Report by the Executive Board and the
Financial Statements.

The Corporate Governance Statement is available in PDF format at pohjola.fi >
Media > Julkaisut and will also be available in English in due course at
