Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the crew of mv "Saturnas"

M/V “SATURNAS”, owned by Limarko laivininkystes kompanija AB was attacked on 3
August 2009 at the Escrava anchorage (Nigeria) by armed persons. Five members
of the crew were taken hostage. The remaining crew of nine persons took the
vessel to a safe position. 

It is hoped that the event shall not have a material effect on the Company's
financial results.
