ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2.10.2023 AT 11.10 EEST

Kukka Lehtimäki, CFO of Alisa Bank Plc, returns from parental leave and will
work as CFO and a member of the management team from 2 October 2023. Christina
Wallenius, who was the acting CFO during Lehtimäki's parental leave, will no
longer be a member of the management team as of 2 October 2023.
