Larox has terminated market making agreement with Nordea

NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22.12.2009


Nordea Bank Finland Plc has today received from Larox Corporation a notice of
termination regarding the LP market marking agreement between the parties.In
accordance with the notice and with permission of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, Nordea
will cease to provide market making under the agreement on 31 December, 2009.
