BankNordik appoints new chief internal auditor

With reference to company announcement made on 24 November 2011 BankNordik is
pleased to announce that Thomas Ennistein has been appointed as the group's new
chief internal auditor. 

Thomas Ennistein is 36 years old, Danish state authorized auditor with 12 years
working experience at Deloitte Denmark. He will begin 1 April 2012.
