NBPR GRANTS PÖYRY PERMISSION TO LOWER ITS LEGAL AND SHARE PREMIUM
RESERVES

The National Board of Patents and Registrations of Finland has
granted Pöyry PLC permission to lower its legal and share premium
reserves in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General
Meeting held on 10 March 2009. The legal reserve and the share
premium reserve shall be lowered by transferring the entire capital
of the reserves in the aggregate amount of EUR 50 420 234.49 into the
reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
