Wärtsilä Corporation has today, 8 February 2013, published its annual report for
the year 2012 on www.wartsilareports.com/en-US/2012/ar. The electronic annual
report 2012 contains the Business review, the complete Corporate Governance
Statement, the Sustainability review, the Report by the Board of Directors and
the Financial Statements 2012. The annual report also includes a Wärtsilä
Stories section with further information on Wärtsilä's business environment and
on sustainability.

The annual report includes the annual summary of Wärtsilä's stock exchange
releases for 2012. All Wärtsilä's releases, including stock exchange releases,
