Basware to deliver Enterprise Purchase to Pay Solutions along with Basware Connectivity Services to a Major Healthcare Company in the US

Basware will deliver its' Enterprise Purchase to Pay (EPP) solution
along with Basware Conenctivity services (including scan and capture)
to a major healthcare company in the US. The value of the agreement
is over EUR one million in a three-year-period including licenses,
professional services and Basware Connectivity services with
einvoicing scan and capture.  The license and service revenue will be
recognized during the last quarter of 2009 and Connectivity services
during the next three years.
With Basware's Connectivity services companies can receive all
invoices in electronic format into their invoice processing solution.
Basware will scan and validate the incoming paper invoices and
deliver them as e-invoices to Basware Invoice Processing."There has been a clear demand for Basware's purchase to pay
solutions, including our recently announced Connectivity services, in
markets around the world and this sale is another example of this.
Our purchase to pay solutions enable companies to gain visibility and
control over business-critical financial processes. The Basware
Connectivity services allow companies to handle purchase to pay
processes online and make their internal processes more efficient,"
