CORRECTION: Orava Residential REIT corrects two key figures in the tables
section of its Interim Report 



There are two errors in section “Financial indicators for the Group” in the
tables section of the first quarter Interim Report published by Orava
Residential REIT today on 19 May 2016. 

In the table the return on equity and the loan to value ratio are erroneously
presented for the first quarter of year 2016. The corrected return on equity
(ROE) is 7.8 % p.a. and the corrected loan to value ratio is 50.8 %.
