pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of 2011 prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards:

st half of 2011 - LTL 924.4 million (EUR 267.7 million), for the 1st half
     of 2010 - LTL 959.2 million (EUR 277.8 million);
  -- Profit before tax for the 1
st half of 2011 - LTL 99.8 million (EUR 28.9 million), for the 1st half of
     2010 - LTL 101.7 million (EUR 29.5 million);
  -- Net profit for the 1
st half of 2011 - LTL 86.0 million (EUR 24.9 million), for the 1st half of
     2010 - LTL 86.7 million (EUR 25.1 million).
