AB “Lietuvos juru” laivininkyste” the  resolutions of the general meeting of
the shareholders of 22 April, 2011: 



  1. The Annual report of the AB “Lietuvos juru laivininkyste” for the year 2010
     is heard.
  2. Independent Auditor's resolution is heard.
  3. The company financial statements as of 31 December 2010 are approved. In
     accordance with the financial statements the company assets on December 31,
     2010 - 248 571 thousands LTL (71 991 thousands EUR), authorized capital -
     200 901 thousands LTL  (58 185 thousands EUR), own capital - 163 050
     thousands LTL  (47 223 thousands EUR), net loss of the financial year - 39
     134 thousands LTL (11 334 thousands EUR).
  4. It has been resolved to transfer the distribution of  128 338,08 LTL (371
     680,4 EUR) from the reserve's of 2010 year.
  5. It has been resolved to approve the profit (loss) distribution:
