The Chairman of the Board of Tekla Corporation Heikki Marttinen has passed away



Heikki Marttinen, the Chairman of the Board of Tekla Corporation, has passed
away after a fit on Friday, November 5, 2010.

The Board of Tekla Corporation has now reorganized. Olli-Pekka Laine has been
appointed as the Chairman and Erkki Pehu-Lehtonen as the Vice Chairman of the
Board.
