CLOSURE OF STATUTORY NEGOTIATIONS AT VANTAA PLANT OF SCANFIL PLC'S SUBSIDIARY SCANFIL EMS OY Scanfil plc's subsidiary Scanfil EMS Oy's statutory negotiations at Vantaa plant ended today, on 1 April 2010. The reason for negotiations was temporary decrease in the demand of the Vantaa plant. As a result of the negotiations it was agreed that besides arrangements of working hours and annual holidays temporary lay-offs concern 27 persons for maximum of 40 working days per person during April and May.
