Inside information:The President and CEO of Neste Matti Lehmus leaves his position

The Board of Directors of Neste Corporation and Matti Lehmus, President and CEO
since May 2022, have reached a mutual agreement that Matti Lehmus will leave his
position as the President and CEO. In order to secure an orderly transition to
the new President and CEO, Lehmus will continue as President and CEO until his
successor starts.
The Board of Directors has initiated a search process for a new President and
CEO.
