H1 2010 results release date

TEO LT, AB (hereinafter - TEO), an integrated telecommunication, IT and
television services provider, informs that TEO Group results for the first half
of 2010 will be released before start of trading on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock
Exchange on Monday, 19 July 2010, but not on 22 July 2010 as it was announced
earlier. 

64.90 per cent of TEO shares are directly and indirectly owned by TeliaSonera
AB (publ). TeliaSonera provides telecommunication services in the Nordic and
Baltic countries, the emerging markets of Eurasia, including Russia and Turkey,
and in Spain. 

The Company's shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange (ticker -
TEO1L). 

Till 30 June 2010 TEO Global Depository Receipts (GDR) are traded on London
Stock Exchange (ticker - TEOL). On 1 July 2010 the Company terminates its
Global Depository Receipts program.
