Concerning AB "Gubernija" redit

AB“Gubernija“ and AB “Ukio bankas“ have signed an agreement regarding granting
of credit in the amount of two million Litas. The time limit for validity of
the agreement is 23-09-2009. The property of the company is pledged to secure
the credit. The credit will be used to pay debts to the supplier UAB “Durpa“ in
the amount of LTL 1100558.82 (EUR 318743.87) and debts to other suppliers.
