a Stock Exchange release related to Innofactor Plc payment of final part of the
purchase price of Bridgeconsulting A/S using these new shares.

to decision to cancel 569,000 shares held by the company. The cancellation of
shares has been registered in the Trade Register on September 30, 2013.
