pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the nine months of 2012 prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the nine months of 2012 - LTL 1338.3 million (EUR 387.6 million),
     for the nine months of 2011 - LTL 1270.4 million (EUR 367.9 million);

  -- Profit before tax for the nine months of 2012 - LTL 57.3 million (EUR 16.6
     million), for the nine months of 2011 - LTL 112.4 million (EUR 32.6
     million);

  -- Net profit for the nine months of 2012 - LTL 58.7 million (EUR 17.0
     million), for the nine months of 2011 - LTL 97.8 million (EUR 28.3
     million).
