The Competition Council has released a permit

         On 1 July 2015 Šiaulių Bankas AB received a permit from the
Competition Council for concentration arising from acquisition of 100 per cent
of shares of the bank Finasta AB and 100 per cent of shares of the public
limited liability Finasta brokerage company carried out by Šiaulių Bankas AB.
