Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 4.4.2017 at 2.45  pm

Solteq Plc has transferred a total of 25,000 shares held by the company to
persons included in the share-based incentive scheme of the financial years 2016
-2018 in the earning period 2016. The stock exchange bulletin concerning the
share-based incentive scheme was published on 15.7.2016.

After the transfer Solteq Plc hold a total number of 339.533 company’s own
shares.
