Information on the election of Kauno energija AB management bodies

Kaunas, 2011-05-03 17:28 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On May 3, 2011 Supervisory
board of Kauno energija AB made decision to elect the members of the board of
Kauno energija AB for the four year period: Arvydas Augonis, Rimantas Bakas,
Gintaras Čižikas, Ramūnas Gatautis; Andrius Stankevičius, Mindaugas Šimkus,
Zita Zalagėnaite. The newly elected Board made a decision to appoint as a
General Manager of Kauno Energija AB Dr. Rimantas Bakas, previously working in
the same position.
