Amendment of OKO Bank Articles of Association entered in Trade Register

The amendment of the Articles of Association of OKO Bank plc resolved by the    
Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2007 was entered in the Finnish Trade        
Register on 19 April 2007. The Articles of Association were amended e.g. by     
making the changes required by the new Companies Act, credit institutions       
legislation, and the Auditing Act.
                                             
The company's new Articles of Association approved by the Annual General Meeting
were published in full as an attachment to the company's stock exchange release 
of 27 March 2007.
