Regarding Non Provision of Mandatory Takeover Bid

Hereby we inform that on 2 June 2008 LEO, LT AB, company code 301732248,
registered at Žvejų st. 14A, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania, the
controlling shareholder of public limited liability company Rytų skirstomieji
tinklai announced that it shall not render a mandatory takeover bid to buy the
remaining shares of public limited liability company Rytų skirstomieji tinklai
which provide with the voting rights, since the applicable laws of the Republic
of Lithuanian do not foresee such an obligation.
