Based on the Board of Directors' decision, a total of 182,874 Amer Sports shares
have been transferred to the personnel involved in the Company's Performance
Share Plan 2010 and the Restricted Stock Plan 2010. The shares were transferred
from the shares owned by Amer Sports Corporation.
