Notice regarding revised Articles of Association of the Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and establishment of LITGRID turtas AB

Pursuant to the resolution of extraordinary general shareholders meeting of
Lietuvos Energija AB, dated October 28, 2010, in which the separation of
Lietuvos Energija AB was approved, on November 16, 2010 the Register of Legal
Entities registered a new revision of Articles of Association and a public
company LITGRID Turtas AB, which will perform its functions transferred to it
subsequent to separation, established on the basis of a part of activity,
separated from Lietuvos Energija AB, which will continue functioning subsequent
to separation.
