Regarding the director of FBC Finasta AB

From 13 April, 2015 Aurimas Martisauskas resigns from the position of the
director 
of FBC Finasta AB. After the approval of the Central Bank of the 
Republic of Lithuania, Andrej Cyba will be elected as the director of 
the company on 14 April, 2015.
