CORRECTION TO STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE PUBLISHED BY SGA SOCIETE GENERALE
ACCEPTANCE ON 17 DECEMBER 2009 

In the stock exchange release published by SGA Societe Generale Acceptance on
17 December 2009 the trading code of the Turbo to be issued was wrong. The
correct trading code is 0ODEW6075T. The corrected stock exchange release is
below. 


SGA SOCIETE GENERALE ACCEPTANCE TO ISSUE ONE NEW TURBO ON THE DAX INDEX UNDER
THE PASSPORTED SECURITISED DERIVATIVES PROGRAMME 

SGA Societe Generale Acceptance issues one new European Turbo warrant (the"Turbo") on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd (the "Helsinki Stock Exchange") under
the passported securitised derivatives programme reference document dated 2
September 2009 (the "Reference Document"). The Turbo will be subject to public
trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange as of 18 December 2009. 

The underlying asset of the Turbo will be the DAX Index. The issue includes one
Short Turbo. 

Listing Particulars of the securitised derivative programme approved by the
United Kingdom Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 September 2009 and notified
to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority consisting of the Reference
Document as well as the Final Terms relating to the Turbo to be issued are
available as of 17 December 2009 on the website at www.sglistedproducts.fi, at
the service point of the Helsinki Stock Exchange at Fabianinkatu 14, Helsinki
and at the office of the paying agent at Nordea Bank Finland Plc at Aleksis
Kiven katu 3-5, Helsinki.
