SOLTEQ PLC'S INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL                                         

Solteq Plc's share capital has been increased according to the decision of the  
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 23.3.2007 from 993.654,69 euros to one   
million (1.000.000) euros by transferring the respective amount from the        
distributable equity fund. The corresponding increase in the share capital was  
registered in the Finnish Trade Register on May 4th, 2007.                      

The share of Solteq plc has no nominal value. The increase of share capital did 
not affect the number of shares in the public market.
