results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of 2014 prepared according to the
International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the 1st half of 2014 - LTL 699.0 million (EUR 202.4 million).
     Sales for the 1st half of 2013 from continuing operations - LTL 870.8
     million (EUR 252.2  million).

  -- Profit before tax for the 1st half of 2014 - LTL 149.8 million (EUR 43.4
     million). Profit before tax for the 1st half of 2013 from continuing
     operations - LTL 43.0 million (EUR 12.5 million).

  -- Net profit for the 1st half of 2014 - LTL 126.2 million (EUR 36.5 million).
     Net profit for the 1st half of 2013: total net profit - LTL 49.0 million
     (EUR 14.2 million), net profit from continuing operations - LTL 38.0
     million (EUR 11.0 million), net profit from discontinued (transmission)
     operations - LTL 11.0 million (EUR 3.2 million).
