Regarding statement by Mr A. Bendikas during NASDAQ OMX event

LESTO AB (hereby - LESTO, company), identification code 302577612, registered
office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total
number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN
code LT0000128449. 

Electricity distribution network operator LESTO announces that the company
dissociates itself from the comment of Mr. Andrius Bendikas, member of the 
Board of LESTO, the Director  of Finance and Administration division, on the
attraction of foreign investors, made on June 3, 2014. 

LESTO notes that the company does not comment on the deal with E.ON, because AB
LESTO was not involved in the deal and did not have any information about it. 

LESTO accents that Mr. A. Bendikas' comment was based on his personal
assumptions in response to analysts' opinion on the ability to attract
investors. 

LESTO is optimistic about attracting of additional investors in the future, so
on the basis of company's results, so on analysts' estimates.
