Agrowill Group AB - Interim information

Preliminary unaudited results of Agrowill Group AB for Ist quarter of 2009

The preliminary consolidated non-audited sales of Agrowill Group AB 
for 1st quarter of 2009 totalled LTL 18.9 million (EUR 5.5 million), 
i.e. a 70 percent increase as compared to the same period of 2008.
In 1st quarter 2008, the consolidated unaudited sales ammounted to 
LTL 11.1 million (EUR 3.2 million). 

The 1st quarter consolidated non-audited loss of the year 2009 
ammounted to LTL 8.7 million (EUR 2.5 million). The 1st quarter 
consolidated unaudited net profit of the year 2008 was equal to 
LTL 3.2 million (EUR 0.9 million).

The growth in revenues was influenced by investments into subsidiary 
companies, as well as sales of 2008 harvest and non-profitable cattle
group.

The negative result was caused by sales of non-profitable cattle
group, as well as significant increase in financing costs 
due to rapid expansion of the Group made in 2008.

The interim consolidated unaudited report of Agrowill Group AB 
for the 3 month period ended 31 March 2009 and confirmation of 
the responsible persons are attached.
