This is to inform that offering of the emission of Bank SNORAS ordinary
registered shares is over. 380 082 893 shares of 1 litas nominal value each
were subscribed and paid for. 

367 948 952 shares were subscribed and paid for during the first stage of
offering. 

2 242 410 shares were subscribed and paid for during the second stage of
offering. 

9 891 531 shares were distributed during the third stage of offering.

268 share purchase applications for the acquisition of 19 903 564 shares were
submitted and fully paid. 

Allocation ratio - 0,49697285.
