LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the Publishing of Electricity Transportation Service and Public Electricity Prices.

On 27 December 2012, Board of LESTO AB (the “Board”) adopted a decision to
amend previous LESTO AB prices for public electricity and their application
procedures, prices for electricity transportation service and their application
procedures, also the methods for differentiation of prices for public
electricity. 

On 28 December 2012, National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (the
“Commission“) adopted a decision to publish the amendments of LESTO AB prices
for electricity transportation service and public electricity and their
application procedures as adopted by Board on 27 December 2012 Previous prices
(before amendments) were published and effective based on decision of
Commission No O3-366 as of 22 November 2012 (OJ, 2012, No 137-7048). 

In addition, Commission adopted a decision to approve the amendments to the
methods for differentiation of prices for public electricity of LESTO AB as
adopted by Board on 27 December 2012. Previous methods (before amendments) were
approved based on decision of Commission No O3-366 as of 22 November 2012 (OJ,
2012, No 137-7048). 

Due to the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No 1536 as
of 19 December 2012 (OJ, 2012, 150-7692), No 1537 as of 19 December 2012  (OJ,
2012, 150-7693), No 1538 (OJ, 2012, 150-7694) and decisions of Commission No
O3-418 as of 21 December 2012 (OJ 2012, 152-7819), No O3-419 as of 21 December
2012 (OJ, 2012, 152-7820), No O3-420 as of 21 December 2012 (OJ, 2012,
152-7821) and No O3-421 as of 21 December 2012 (OJ, 2012, 152-7822) which
caused a change of public service obligations price and change of principles of
payment for public service obligations set for in legal acts, also due to
changes of other constituent parts of electricity price compared with the 2012: 

  -- public electricity prices for household customers increase by an average of
     4 cents/kWh (including VAT);
  -- electricity transportation service prices for business customers that
     receive electricity from medium-voltage electricity networks increase an
     average of2,4 cents/kWh (VAT not included), for those receiving from
     low-voltage electricity networks - 1,8 cents/kWh (VAT not included) .

Price changes will have no significant influence on net financial result of
LESTO AB.
