UPONOR ISSUES TWO BONDS WITH AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF 100 MILLION EUROS

Uponor Corporation issues two bonds with an aggregate principal amount of 100
million euros targeted mainly to Finnish domestic institutional investors. The
floating rate 5 year bond totals 20 million euros and the floating rate 7 year
bond 80 million euros. Issue date is 21 June 2011. The five year bond pays a
coupon of 6 months EURIBOR + 1.75 per cent and the seven year bond 6 months
EURIBOR + 2.05 per cent.Danske Markets acts as the sole lead manager of the
transaction.
