ANNA HYVÖNEN IS APPOINTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, RAMIRENT FINLAND AND OPERATIONS IN THE BALTIC COUNTRIES

RAMIRENT OYJ   COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT   APRIL 4, 2012 AT 08:00 A.M

Anna Hyvönen, Lic.Tech, (born 1968), is appointed Senior Vice president and
Managing Director of Ramirent Finland Oy and member of the Ramirent Group
management Team effective 2 June 2012. Anna Hyvönen will also be responsible
for managing Ramirent's operations in the Baltic countries as of 1 January
2013. She reports to Magnus Rosén, President & CEO, Ramirent Group. She will
take on the task after heading the KONE Maintenance Business unit globally. 

The current Managing Director Kari Aulasmaa has accepted a leading position in
another industry. 

Anna Hyvönen held various international management positions at Nokia Networks
between the years 1995-2007. She has, among other assignments, led maintenance
business operations in Eastern Europe and later in Latin America, as well as
been responsible for service business portfolio and cost management globally.
