Re announced information in press concerning claims and complaints in courts

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-10-06 18:08 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reacting to the
information announced in press regarding claims in courts concerning
transactions in relation to Company group ALITA AB, the Company announces that
up to this date it has received no official notices from the court concerning
the court cases. 

 The Company announces that according to the unconfirmed data it possesses, a
claim is launched at the District court of Alytus region, however the court in
this case has found defects in the claim, that need to be corrected. According
to what the Company knows, there is a claim at the Kaunas regional court, in
which The Company is named as respondent however, defects have also been found.
The Company has not been informed about any application of interim measures.
Furthermore, the Company has also discovered that the Vilnius regional
administrative court has received a complaint against the Lithuanian
Competition Council decision to allow concentration, i.e. to allow FR&R Invest,
IGA S.A. to acquire up to 100 per cent of the shares of the Company. No
measures securing the complaint have been adopted. 

The Company is not familiar with the content and demands made in these claims
and complaint and for this reason it is not in a position to comment on them in
detail. However, the Company is certain that they are completely unfounded. 

Any changes in the Company group ALITA AB are legitimate and carried out in
accordance with all applicable laws.
