- Notification of appointment of a Winding-Up Board at Frjalsi Investment Bank ltd.

June 23rd 2009, the Reykjavik District Court appointed a Winding-Up Board of
Frjalsi Investment Bank ltd. The members of the board are Mr. Hlynur Jonsson,
District Court Attorney and LL.M., Mr. Johann Petursson, District Court
Attorney, and Ms. Hildur Solveig Petursdottir, Supreme Court Attorney. 

Information on the process for filing claims against the company will be
published soon in accordance with the Act on Financial Undertakings no.
161/2002.
