Rautaruukki Corporation will publish its Financial statement bulletin
for 2009 on Thursday 4 February 2010. The Annual Report 2009 will be
published during week 11 in March 2010.

Rautaruukki Corporation's Annual General Meeting will take place in
Helsinki on Tuesday 23 March 2010.

Rautaruukki will publish its interim reports in 2010 as follows:
Interim report Q1/2010: Thursday 22 April 2010
Interim report Q2/2010: Friday 16 July 2010
Interim report Q3/2010: Friday 22 October 2010

The financial statement bulletin for 2009 and interim reports will be
published at about 9am Finnish time. The company observes a silent
period of 14 days prior to earnings disclosures.
