VR's Annual Report for the year 2024 has been published
VR-Group Plc, stock exchange release, March 26, 2025, at 14.00 EET

VR has published its Annual Report for the year 2024 today, 26 March 2025. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2024. The publication is available as a PDF file in Finnish and English.

For the first time, the Report of the Board of Directors includes a Sustainability Statement, prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Authorized Sustainability Audit Firm KPMG Oy Ab has assured the report at a limited assurance level in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).

VR also publishes the financial statements in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements in the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Authorized Audit Firm KPMG Oy Ab has assured the XHTML file and the XBRL tags included in it in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
