NOTICE PURSUANT TO FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT 2:10; ILMARINEN MUTUAL PENSION INSURANCE COMPANY'S OWNERSHIP IN PÖYRY PLC

Pöyry Plc has been informed on 25 January 2008 that as a result of
transactions concluded on 25 January 2008 the holdings of Ilmarinen
Mutual Pension Insurance Company have increased to above 1/20 of the
share capital in Pöyry Plc.

The holdings of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company amount to
2 982 631 shares, i.e. 5.09 per cent of voting rights in Pöyry Plc.

The registered share capital of Pöyry Plc comprises a total of
58 652 614 shares entitling to a total of 58 652 614 votes.
