Anyksciu Vynas AB - Notification on material event

“Anyksciu vynas” , AB reduces the number of workers.

Due to current polity of excise policy the financial state of ,,Anyksciu        
vynas'', AB continually declines in the years 2008-2010. The Management Board   
has estimated current situation and, with the intention to cut down labour      
expenditures, decided to do structural reorganization and to reduce the number  
of workers up to 30 percent.
