THE HOLDING OF TERO KIVINEN IN SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP HAS DECREASED   
BELOW 5%                                                                        

SSH Communications Security Corp has received the following statement concerning
a change in shareholding dated 26 October 2009 from Tero Kivinen.               

”Notification of a change in shareholding in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 9
of the Securities Market Act                                                    

Tero Kivinen's share of the total number of shares and voting rights in SSH     
Communications Security Corp has decreased below 5% due to an arrangement that, 
if completed, will lead to situation in which the threshold as intended in      
Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Market Act falls below 5%                 

In accordance with Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, I announce 
to the Financial Supervisory Authority and SSH Communications Security Corp the 
following:                                                                      

1) Target company: SSH Communications Security Corp                             

2) Basis of notification of a change in shareholding: an arrangement that, if   
completed, will lead to situation in which the threshold as intended in Chapter 
2 Section 9 of the Securities Market Act falls below 5% of the voting rights and
total number of shares.                                                         

3) Name of person subject to the notification obligation: Kivinen, Tero Tapani  

4) Share of total number of shares and voting rights in the target company:     

Tero Kivinen now holds SSH Communications Security Corp shares as follows:      
Number of shares: 1.472.600                                                     
Share of total number of shares: 5,11%                                          
Share of voting rights: 5,11%                                                   

Tero Kivinen holds SSH Communications Security Corp shares after the arrangment 
as follows:                                                                     
Number of shares: 1.472.600                                                     
Share of total number of shares: 4,93%                                          
Share of voting rights: 4,93%                                                   

5) The essential content of the arrangement:                                    

SSH Communications Security Corp has on 20 October 2009 decided on a share issue
directed to a company to be formed and owned by the SSH Group Management Team.  
The share subscription period is 13 November—27 November 2009. The Board of     
Directors will decide on the approval of subscriptions around week 47.          

The basis of the calculation of the new shareholding is the total number of     
shares of SSH Communications Security Corp after the share issue. The number of 
shares after the share issue is 29,898,449 with voting rights of 29,898,449.
