MATERIAL EVENT SPECIFICATION

AB  „Lifosa“, executing prescription of the Securities Commission of the
Republic of Lithuania, dtd. October 11, 2011, specifies the Material Event of
October 11, 2011 „REGARDING PUBLICLY BROADCASTED INFORMATION“.  AB  „Lifosa“
provides the information received from the lawyer Daiva Usinskaite-Filonoviene,
Law office AAA Baltic Service Company, on October 10, 2011 that the incorrect
information was spread during the event Vilnius Invest 2011 at the Lithuanian
exhibition centre „Litexpo“ on October 8, 2011 about AB  „Lifosa“ share price
under mandatory buy-up - 53 LTL per share, established in the  civil case
2-384-212/2011.
