Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act
of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares 

YIT Corporation has on April 30, 2015 received an announcement under Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of
Structor S.A. in YIT has gone below the threshold of 10 per cent. 

According to the announcement, the holding of Structor S.A. in YIT has
decreased to 7,550,000 shares, corresponding to 5.93 per cent of YIT's shares
and voting rights. YIT's registered total number of shares and voting rights
amounting to 127,223,422 has been used in the calculation of percentages for
the announcement.
